This one is made with a used (worn by a horse) steel horse shoe. Has dark brown colored stringing, white howlite stone (hard to see, but it's tied on the bottom-ish of the right side), stone agate bead, and a duck feather. Shoe is sprayed to prevent further rusting and padded on the back to prevent scratching anything.

I will also make custom ones (prices vary, note for details) and ones with your own horse's shoe and/or tail hair if shipped to me. I try to never make any exactly the same, but I will re-make one if asked to & have the materials.
