Neji 4

Got bored one day so I cooked up a Neji cosplay. Soemthing like a Tai Chi outfit, I guess. I thought Tai Chi seemed like something he would practice, and hence might wear something like this. I had no bandaging for the hands though. Perhaps he wouldn't wear it when doing something like Tai Chi?
